Beginner Classes

Little Pirates (Ages 6-8)

Our youngest fencers get started with fencing basics using plastic swords.  These plastic weapons require less protective clothing than metal weapons, but still give the feel of real fencing. As students gain coordination and control, they will advance to child-sized metal weapons and full protective gear. This class is for both beginning and continuing fencers ages 6-8 and meets once a week for 40 minutes for 6 weeks. Enrollment is accepted at the start of the 6 week session.
