Open Fence
Open Fencing is a not a structured class, and no instruction is offered. Instead it gives participants a chance to gain experience through actual fencing in all three weapons. Open Fence sessions are split into two age groups: U20 Open for ages 9-19 and 20+ Open for ages 20 and over. U20 Open meets twice a week, two 1.5 hour sessions. 20+ Open meets twice a week for two hours each time. Open Fence is included in Student Club and Masters Club tuition. If you want a chance to just fence without paying full student-club or masters-club tuition, you can sign up for Open Fence only. Plastrons are required, but all other equipment is furnished by MFA.

Cost: Free for student-club or masters-club members. Otherwise $35 per month
To enroll in this program, please print out and complete the attached registration form, and mail it to MFA. There is no need to call the office since enrollment is not limited and new members can join at any time. You must, however, register and pay before attending practice.
